Welcome to Suffolk Public Schools Electronic School Board
Public school board meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday of each month, unless modified by board vote (*=Modified Date). Meetings on the second Thursday begin at 5 p.m. at Suffolk City Council Chambers, 442 West Washington Street. Meetings on the fourth Thursday begin at 6 p.m. at King's Fork Middle School, 350 King's Fork Road.

- Early Appearances - Anyone interested in addressing the board on topics included on the agenda for that month's meeting must notify the Clerk of the Board no later than 12 noon the day before the board meeting. If that deadline is missed, the speaker will be allowed under Late Appearances. Speakers may provide copies of their remarks or other information for board members.
- Late Appearances - To address the board on non-agenda topics, speakers must notify the Clerk of the Board no later than 12 noon the day of the board meeting. Speakers may provide copies of their remarks or other information for board members.
