Meetings typically begin at 5:00 p.m. and are held in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Municipal Building located at 442 West Washington Street.

The public meeting begins at 5 p.m. held in City Council Chambers, located on the first floor of City Hall, located at 442 W. Washington St. The board typically meets the second Thursday of each month, unless modified by board vote. (* = Modified Date)
- Early Appearances - Anyone interested in addressing the board on topics included on the agenda for that month's meeting must notify the Clerk of the Board no later than 12 noon the day before the board meeting. If that deadline is missed, the speaker will be allowed under Late Appearances. Speakers may provide copies of their remarks or other information for board members.
- Late Appearances - To address the board on non-agenda topics, speakers must notify the Clerk of the Board no later than 12 noon on the day of the board meeting. Speakers may provide copies of their remarks or other information for board members.
